Refund policy
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at orders@dalegroup.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Note: Returned items must be in brand new condition, unused, unscratched, without wheel tread scuff marks, and with original tags and packaging.
All returns must be processed within 7 days of receiving the order. Order # must be provided to place a return. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment after we received the returned items. Email us orders@dalegroup.com.au and we’ll assist you for the return.
