Warranty

a) The warranty period is one year, starting from the date of purchase (when the
order payment is successfully made).
 b) If a customer has a warranty issue, they need to email Familidoo Australia
and provide: "Order ID & Photos or videos showing the broken part" to receive
warranty service.
